Name: we need to know your name so we can communicate with you with matters related to your membership and your Members Portal's account, and identify your record.

Email address: to communicate with you, send you alerts and information related to your membership and Members Portal's account, and identify your record. Occasionally over time we might send you an email regarding important changes such redesign of Members Portal.

Phone number: we use the phone number to call you with matters related to your membership or Members Portal' account.

Signon credentials: your username (which is your email address), your security question and security answer are for your use to access your account in Members Portal.

Any personal information we store is secured in a database hosted in a highly rated hosting company with high security standards. Direct access to the database is restricted to our authorized technical staff. Staff members gain access to your data using secure access for authorized and designated staff with adminstrator role.
